Resolution of Respect
For
GUIDO SIMONE
We, the members of The Massachusetts Tri-County USBC Bowling Association, under the leadership of Robert Ayers want the family to know that our prayers are with you as we gather to bid a farewell to Guido Simone.
WHEREAS, not only is this a loss of a Board Member and a Friend to many, a person who was always available to share an encouraging word and demonstrate strong support to others.
WHEREAS, Guido Simone served as the Vice-President
of Massachusetts Tri-County Bowling Association from 1972 -1978 he served
faithfully in this position.
WHEREAS, Guido Simone were the Massachusetts Tri-County USBC Bowling Association Secretary/Treasurer and Association Manager from 1979 – 2008 he dutifully served in this position until his illness. Although he was not able to attend the meetings or tournaments, he was always available to the Association to lend his support and encouragement. He was always an inspiration to others and was always available to assist others in the sport of bowling.
WHEREAS, Because of his knowledge of bowling and of his meritorious service to the sport of bowling, he was elected to the Massachusetts Tri-County Bowling Association and Massachusetts Ten Pin Bowling Association Hall of Fame. Guido held several positions in the Massachusetts State Association.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that we embrace the family because all of us have a common bond that will connect us for the rest of our lives. We cannot replace Guido Simone, but by the love he showed, let us continue to show that love to each other.
To the family, we know your loss is deep and your sorrow is great, but we want you to know that we share in your sorrow.
A copy of this resolution will be placed in the Archives of the Association and one will be given to the Family.
